By accessing Insyt, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Insyt.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use Insyt to:

  • View and download reports.
  • Access dashboards and insights.
  • Manage your client account.

3. Client Fees

  • Fees for services are invoiced under your Client Agreement.
  • Insyt access may be suspended if invoices are overdue.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You must keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

5. Intellectual Property

All data, reports, dashboards, and content within Insyt are the property of Mystery Management. You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute them except for your internal business use.

6. Privacy

Your personal and business information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

We do not guarantee Insyt will be error-free or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Insyt access if you breach these Terms or your Client Agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published within Insyt or on our Website.

10. Relationship with Client Agreement

These Terms of Use apply only to your access and use of Insyt. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and your Client Agreement with Mystery Management, the Client Agreement will prevail.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Onsyt (Shopper App & Portal): Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing Onsyt, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Onsyt.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use Onsyt for:

  • Viewing and applying for mystery shopping tasks.
  • Submitting reports, photos, and data.
  • Managing your shopper account and payment details.

3. Shopper Status

  • You are engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent.
  • You are responsible for your own tax, superannuation, and insurance obligations.

4. Payments

Payments for completed and approved tasks are made in accordance with your signed Mystery Management Shopper Terms & Conditions.

5. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be 18+ and located in Australia.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You must not transfer your account or subcontract tasks.

6. Conduct

When performing tasks, you must:

  • Follow the job brief and instructions.
  • Comply with venue rules and lawful directions of staff.
  • Not upload inappropriate or irrelevant photos or content.

7. Intellectual Property

All task briefs, questionnaires, and platform content are owned by Mystery Management. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for purposes outside assigned tasks.

8. Privacy

Your personal information (including payment details) is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

We do not guarantee Onsyt will be error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Onsyt access at our discretion if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published within Onsyt or on our Website.

12. Relationship with Shopper Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use apply only to your access and use of Onsyt. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and your signed Shopper Terms & Conditions with Mystery Management, the Shopper Terms & Conditions will prevail.
